I'm a newbie...
Please could someone tell me how to install a eigenharp on windows (seven) ?? Which are the steps... ?

Hi VIcomte and welcome.

Even if you have the original USB stick with software (eigenD) probably
its not up to date.
EigenD is now free and 2.1 is latest version http://www.eigenlabs.com/downloads/releases/

If this is your first installation, you need to at least install the runtime package and possibly also the Eigenharp Windows drivers.

Yes first installation ; and on the quick guide it's only for mac...

On which time during the installation shoud the Eigenharp be connected on USB ? At which moment ?

Sorry i'm trying to follow;

Direct answer to your question, does not really matter. Detection of instrument (either Pico, Tau or Alpha even combination of instruments) occurs running EigenD only.
