EigenD Troubleshooting

When I start my Eigenharp software, there seems to be a click at the beginning of the startup process.

I have added a SoundFont to my ~/Library/Eigenlabs/Soundfont directory, but is is not appearing in the sample browser list.

I have added an Apple Loop to my ~/Library/Eigenlabs/Loop directory, but is is not appearing in the list.

I have got a problem with software how can I get it fixed?

What does my warranty cover?
