Geert is correct. Look in the Start->All Programs->EigenLabs folder. You should see the icon for the EigenD and Stage there, probably in a folder named after the software version. You'll also find links to various PDF documentation files there.

I cannot get this software to work with my secondhand Pico. The website will not accept my activation code as proivided by the previous owner, and thoiugh I have registered by changing his data the site says I am not registered. I use Windows 7 and have completely cleaned this notebook and installed 2Gb of RAM, having suffered a horrendous virus(Win 7 n2012) the day I started trying to install the software, which led to having to wipe off all my data fles and have the local IT specialist reinstall the Windows 7 software. The notebook came back today and all three components (1.0.8, 1.4.11 and the huge resource folder all installed successfully. But there is no Eigen D icon on the desktopo and nothiing |I've tried works to get it going. This has beenj a most frustrating experience, and I only hope that other buyers of second hand Picos do not go through the same hell that I have.

Hi Cogreslab,

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think an icon is placed on the desktop when EigenD is installed. There should be an icon in your Windows Start Menu though, have you looked there or in one of its sub-folders?
