Hi, when I clic on a scale type button on the stage (1.4.1 or 1.3.22) page Kgroups and scales, all the lights go red and no changes happen. I have to reset the scale setting using the Alpha directly. Is it a known bug or have I a problem?
Many thanks.

Hi Luca,

Thanks for this report, this seems to be a problem in the Stage setup itself. You can easily fix it be going to delete mode and removing the the 8 scale buttons in the tab, then go to create mode, wait for all the agents to load and scroll down to "scale talker 1" and expand it. You'll see 8 keys there that correspond to the keys on the Alpha. Expanding those and dragging each 'activate' onto Stage will create a working button for you. After that you can position, resize and name the Stage buttons as you see fit.

We'll fix this in the factory setups for a next release, sorry for the inconvenience.

Take care,

Geert

Did you save the setup by going to the menu item?

Thanks,

Geert

yes, I save the setup as usual.
are there other ways to save a setup??
I have created a user 1 setup.
when I reload it I see the new buttons but the problem is still there.
if I rebuild the buttons everythings works.
thanks Luca
