Is there an easy way to set up time signatures?
So 4/4 is easy (the default) and 3/4 (actually x/4) can be had by saying:
Metronome Hey
beat input to x set
Similarly, one can set the 'resolution of the arranger to a fraction of the beat (arranger x hey; fraction to x set)
So, one can 'fake' say, 6/8 {and triplets would be fraction to 3 (or6)??}
But is there any direct way to specify 6/8 (or other combos) system wide in a way that would allow mid-song time signature changes?
Also is there a way to swing beats / triplets?
I've been doing this externally but I'd really like to be able to sue the arranger rather than going outside the instrument. I seem to reacll a comment that there were aspirations to 'record' the arranger for expressiveness. Is that still a future?
