This point in the release notes is confusing:

"User setups will not be automatically upgraded anymore to integrate any
changes from later EigenD releases. If you want a user setup from 2.0.50 to be
adapted with the factory setup fixes of release 2.0.52, you will find a new
'Factory Setup Fixes' category in the included Belcanto scripts. For
instructions about running the included Belcanto scripts, please refer to the
instructions on the Eigenlabs wiki:
http://www.eigenlabs.com/wiki/2.0/Belcanto_Scripts/"

I opened a setup I created in 2.0.50 directly in 2.0.52. It displayed an "Upgrading" message. When complete, the setup ran fine.

BTW: An easy way to run scripts is the enter the following into EigenCommander. (Make sure EiegnBrowser is open also).:

eigenbrowser , interpreter hey script browse

Could someone please clarify?

Thanks,

Randy

Don't "see" any confusion...

There was a couple of issues in 2.0.50 with the recorders and arrangers, running those scripts will correct/update to the 2.0.52 standards.

The link reference to the wiki http://www.eigenlabs.com/wiki/2.0/Belcanto_Scripts/
just explains how to load Belcanto Scripts; for each instrument

Are we supposed to run the script after we have loaded a script we created in 2.0.50 while running 2.0.52?
