Hi everyone.

I was wondering about the steps needed to completely wipe EigenD from my system so that I can do a fresh install?

The plan I have so far is to wipe the /usr/pi directory and also the Library/Eigenharp directory - then do a complete install of 1.0.6 (which came supplied with the Pico) followed by the 1.0.12 update. Before I attempt this and potentially break something, could someone with more knowledge of the EIgenD system confirm that it is a good idea? I've tried to find uninstall options, but I can't seem to find any.

I'm using OSX for the first time in many years, so apologies if I have missed something obvious.

Impatience got the better of me, and I tried using the steps above.

*** WARNING - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! ***

Open Applications -> Terminal

Then type: sudo mv /usr/pi /usr/pi-old
It will ask you for your password... so enter that.
Then type: mv Library/Eigenlabs Library/Eigenlabs-old

Then close the Terminal application

(Note: These do not delete the directories - they just rename them - so nothing is damaged)

Then you can install afresh. I am now able to run 1.0.12 again - although I still have the same problem where I cannot select anything apart from sampler 1 in Instrument/FX control (but to do that, I have to press the button for sampler 3)
