Software: some scale fingering changes

I'd rather the eighth key on the first octave be able to sharpen a note but as I said this is a work round for now.

Cheers

Hi All,

For some time I have disliked that the first octave and second octave have different key positions for the same notes. Not having access to the Workbench yet I though I'd create a small work round for myself. Sp stands for same pattern.

[major sp]
; This is the major scale
intervals=0 2 4 5 7 9 11 12 12 14 16 17 19 21 23 24

[natural minor sp]
; This is the natural minor scale
intervals=0 2 3 5 7 8 10 12 12 14 15 17 19 20 22 24

[melodic minor sp]
; This is the natural minor scale
intervals=0 2 3 5 7 9 11 12 12 14 15 17 19 21 23 24

[melodic blues sp]
; This is the natural minor scale
intervals=0 3 5 6 7 10 12 12 12 15 17 18 19 22 24 24

All I've done is repeat the octave key so that it spatially is eight keys up from the tonic so that cord patterns for the first octave are the same for the second. This just makes the Eigenharp that little bit easier to learn.

Hopefully this is of use to someone else.

All the best

Kevin

These are cool but I hate losing even 1 note on the Pico. This would be better if the scroll keys were playing keys.
